Wahhhh! So many baby foxes in cups—one of them with a fox on it! Just leave me here to die.

Well, I guess that’s it for the day. I hope that was as fun for you as it was for me, and not too spammy. As far as the future of this blog, I will keep trying to find cute things in cups for you all, even though it’s starting to get difficult to weed out all the ones I’ve used before. Bear with me if you see a few repeats—I’m going off memory and sometimes I forget I’ve already posted something. Please keep in mind that user submissions are welcome, too—those would help me out a whole bunch. I’ve gotten a lot of great feedback from you guys, and am glad you’re still enjoying the blog. That’s what makes it worth it.

Umm…hi, everyone. I’m not sure where you all came from, but it’s good to have you! I was just about to play my favorite game: how many cute things can you fit in a cup? I hope you all enjoy it too.
We start modestly with two puppies taking a nap in a cup.

This was where things really started getting interesting. I gained a few thousand followers over a matter of days. You can see my confusion in the original post. I never did figure out where all of that traffic came from, but it is still nice to have you all :)

The kittens and sugar gliders are surpassed by four ducklings in a cup!

These guys were the winners of the very first game of “How many cute things can you fit in a cup?” At least, they would have been if I hadn’t decided to give that honor to an ARMFUL of hedgehogs. While adorable, I have to disqualify them upon further review, since there wasn’t a cup anywhere in that picture. The ducklings win after all!

No, these are not any kind of animal in a cup. They are breads. Tiny, adorable breads that I could never, ever eat because I would feel bad. But this is not http://animalsincups.tumblr.com/ (although I totally reblogfrom them and you should probably follow them too, although they haven’t updated in a while). This is “Cute THINGS in Cups.” And these things are adorable.

When I first started this blog, I expected to post more “cute things” than “cute animals.” However, posting cute “things” like these amazing teddy bear breads has historically proven unpopular with people who are not me…which is maybe why it’s so hard to find cute foods in cups for my “recipe” posts. But this is still one of my favorites.
